Nexon support question

I've submitted a ticket, but when i checked my activities it says have 'No Requests' i checked the 'Reqeusts I'm CC'd on' (don't know what that is) and it's empty as well.
Can someone tell me how i am able to track my ticket? I'm just wondering was it even submitted after i pressed the button since i can't see it.

@BobR: Ohh thanks, well i only use carbon paper rarely. Anyways hope my ticket shows up somewhere.

This happened to me, it's so weird. Did you get an email confirmation of your ticket? Send another one or reply that email.

@billy61 Can't tell you what's up with Nexon Support, but being "CC'd on something" means "carbon copied".
That is, somebody sent an e-mail to someone else and they included your name/address so you'd get a copy of it too.
It's actually an archaic term from long ago. Probably no one here has any idea what "carbon paper" is. But it just means you're on the list to see it also.
