I saw another thread like this, so i wanted to see some specific pros/cons.

As the title says, whats better Sair or Cannoneer.
-What Does more DMG with same $ of funding.
-What does more DMG with same % stats (Dex or STR).
-Which one has the best hyper skills.
-Whats better at bossing.
-Which one has more mobility.
-Which one is easier to fund.
-Which one is better at mobbing.
-Which one is better at LHC (kinda like ^That question).
-Which one is stronger with no funding.
