I want to say something but it might hurt your feelings.
I think the skill you're talking about is called Legendary Spirit.
You need to talk to Eurek the Alchemist ( He can be found in SleepyWood, El nath, and Ludi).
To get the skill it only costs 100k mesos.
The skill allows you to scroll anything :] (that is scrollable)
yes .... it only costs 10k mesos now. no need for the red whip or anything like that
