These are the new "NX" overalls Nexon gives us for handing in 5 Red Envelpoes
There is 3 to chose from, This one, a Blue one and a Green one.
Sadly the envelopes only give 1k exp, but this overall isn't that bad ^.^

I have like 50 already... I would say it's about a 30-50% drop rate.
