No cool-down on Blizzard
A lot of new players did not experience blizzard (or any of the other mage ultimates) pre-bb, but being able to spam that skill was the reason I made an IL. It made us pretty unique and i'll admit, I liked how flashy it was, the attention you could get by using it, and it's power. Do you think it would be realistic to make our ultimates hit only once but be spammable? Personally, I would take a lot of nerfs to have that ability.
