@freezenlight i think they are trying to bring back party play to bosses and still make them hard enough where u hv to spend$ in order to kill said boss.and its alot more than .001% that can solo these bosses id say a full 1-3% of maplers with around 40%(Maybe cus im in mardia but that number seems like it should b larger) able to solo bosses equal to or weaker than cht. and then there is everybody else i guess

Nexon: lets make bosses that are worthwhile to only 0.001% of the maplers. YAY

Max range for full.
Magnus IDK, I assume around 1m.

i see so unleashed screwed everything up lol. and i wasnt planning on soloing. i hv some buddies and guildies- we were able to kill empress and cpb in party before unleashed but i kno emp is insane right now and gaurds arnt dropping items (i think nexon purposly stopped drops to make us spend more on marvel and crap but ooh well)

@Choobies i rather dislike spending alot of money on this game so i wont get anywhere close to this damage. plus BaM have a damage penalty that other mages dont hv since we dont hv ele reset so even if i had alot more to spend in funding i doubt its actually possible to get to the point where a mage can solo cpb. u

i already do ra daily- dabble in c ra just to get the kno how of the new skills they added to bosses....(queens gonna b a pain thats all i can say)

@SkyBreak: Well, it was a small oversight, but yes you can try to do RA for the weapons that all scrolls pass on and perfect it and sell it. I'll fix my statement: You cannot boss for consistent, meaningful amounts of money right now.

Profit is still profit, no matter how small it is.

Ex: RA box giving decent item that worth money.
Smaller bosses like Zakum and Hilla dropping Dabr/Wabr Recipe

I have no idea if anyone has killed empress after the unleashed patch. For the high end bosses (mangus, empress, CPB, Ra chaos), you are going to need a full party, (or full expedition), and have a crazy amount of range/damage. I'm talking about 500k+ range, and that might not even be good enough party wise. Long story short, you will make no profit from bossing because.... A: you need a high range (which is the main reason you want to boss, so you can get items to increase your range) B: the bosses that give good items are close to impossible C: You need really strong friends to help you boss (thus cutting the profit if you so happen to get an item that sells for a lot). Sorry to break you down like this, but that's how maple currently is.

I don't think anyone can solo CPB at this point after the revamp...
