Quitting maybe? P.c please?

Please help me salvage mesos with a p.c. o.o

I've been on the Hermit/Nightlord road since 2006' and to be honest throughout most of it I had essentially no gear. (Who needs gear when you throw stars. LIKE A NINJA!)
When UA's were released I was approximately Lv 14x with a targa helmet, skanda(64att) and clean everything else (no pot as well). During the legends update I was miraculously lucky. Somehow, I consolidated all my mesos and managed to purchase the empress items (failed/mispriced/traded other items), fuse, and miraculously chaos scroll them up to decent attack (at the time, now not so much).

When playing rpgs I usually don't upgrade until it actually hinders normal game play. (training becomes way too hard, or I can't defeat a boss even while abusing it's weaknesses). Mostly because upgrading takes a lot of resources and time. Not to mention the bar keeps raising each time *cough Fafnir and Tyrants cough*. But that's normal for any game (not bitter or complaining, just pointing it out ).

Since there plenty of ways to reach the range I need to enjoy Maple (at least I think...) I'd really appreciate a p.c. from all you pros out there.

Shoe: Unique 3L, 9% luk, 6% str. 12 att. (+8) 0 slots, hammered (2). 2 enhancements. Fused.
Claw:
(mai pride and joy? Don't look at me with those pitying eyes!) Unique 3L, 6% luk. 146 att. (+10) 0 slots, hammered (2). 9 enhancements (thank you happytime). Bonus pot (R) 3 lines, 6att. Anvilled-Transparent claw.
