Question about happy hour

What time is happy hour in Australia? ( I'm in Melbourne if that helps)

Not sure about Melbourne but it should be around 7:00am~9:00am for those in QLD since GMS had their daylight savings times adjusted

8am - 10am~ (Well at least I think it is, I may )

EDIT: I live in Melbourne and 2PM-4PM used to be 9AM-11AM for me but since the daylight savings thing happened it should be 8AM-10AM
