how do people run on little sleep? title and i am talking about 4-5hrs of sleep a night and they are able to go through the day without getting tired. Edit: to those of you who are able to do this about how much sleep do you get on the weekends? i think i am going to need to stay up late today which is why i asked this question lol XD, i usually have no problem staying up late and having that much sleep but if i do school work and have that much sleep i will be tired.

so i have a presentation 2morrow so i have this group project and i did my part and everything but the catch to this presentation is that u must do a powerpoint and each slide can have no more then 10 words (not including the title) and u basically have to rely on ur memory to give 5minutes of information on ur part of the chapter. Does anyone have any tips when making this kind of presentation and we arent graded as a group so i only have to worry about myself.
