i guesss its a good thing this character is a girl and cargo pants are for males I got it during the random item cube
I guess Nexon figured since people were going to sell NX regardless of it being against the ToS, they might as well just take out the risk of scamming, while at the same time maintaining the demand for nx by putting the restriction of used items. Very smart move in my opinion.
