Is Bell, the Npc that sell Nlc tickets broken
At the Kerning train station trying to buy an NLC ticket from Bell, but nothing happens when I click him.
I bought the ticket just fine last night, but dc'd while on the train. Is NLC just bugged right now?

It shouldn't be. Try using the dimensional mirror to get to NLC!
You can just use the Dimensional Mirror and go to NLC without having to buy tickets.
