Finally almost done
I was browsing fm and I saw some cheap ee scrolls so I was like hm, lets give it a try. Tried to ee my wand a 3rd time with it and bam, it worked.
green to pink really happy right now xD. No 50%'s
Finally got somewhere with this wand ever since pre-bb D;, now it's just that last slot x.x.

Yeah, that was what I was planning to do to end it but I never seem to find 50% wand m.attks here x.x.
