Does the Elemental Staff/Wand Penalty affect Holy/Dark?
Does it count for holy/dark elements as well? I know pre-bb it affected holy but the description makes me think otherwise.
It says the [b]opposing[/b] element is 75% penalty, does that only apply to the opposite of the element or all elements besides that?

This is unbelieveable. Nexon deeming mages OPed and nerf our weapons? We're the lowest in the DPS charts. -_- GG Nexon.

No, they did not. They won't even acknowledge it on their forums or ticket system. I reported it in Tespia as well, but I doubt they even looked at it.
OT: For about 3 months after BB all the bonuses and penalties were removed for whatever reason, but now the same penalty is back with worse bonuses while other versions such as JMS and CMS kept the full bonuses. In short: everyone was Nexon'd but Battle Magi.

They'll get a damage reduction from Ice wands, except for their ice and lightning skills, which will be boosted. I/L still get a reduction from fire/poison wands.
