Looking for the right Explorer class

With decent speed-- in both mobility and attack rate-- and a lot of support/passive skills as well as debuffs for enemies, what would you guys recommend? (Besides Paladin.)
When I say support skills, I do not necessarily mean for the party, but if it is for myself it counts too. And I love debuffs in general. Vanille as a Saboteur was definitely my favorite FFXIII character!

I'm training my Bishop right now, but I want to create something else that actually is higher risk and higher reward too because my bishop seems waay too easy (not having to use pots ever). I mean I love the amount of support skills Bishop has, not only for the party, but also for myself. I also am appreciative of skills like Holy Magic Shell, MP Eater (I never need to click those Boogie familiars, hehe), and pretty much all my other buffs/support skills such as HS and Mystic Door.
Teleport is also a blessing, gotta love transportation.

And is there a class that also has a EXP multiplier such as HS?, as well Or any skill that gives the player more experience (excluding link skills/character card). Haha.

I might just stay on my bishop, but I really want to look into one more class on the side that I can transfer some of my NX to.

Interesting, very. Bowmasters do interest me, but it seems like they are the only archer class being made and heavily bandwagoned. o___o or maybe it is just me.

What do you think @bannanaspliz? I don't want to be one of them.

Thank you for all the posts! Keep them coming, it really helps in creating a full insight on things.

At the moment I am looking at a Marksman due to their vast amount of passives/support things (especially that shield and all-cure skill, looks so cute!), but it seems like all these classes only attack forward and don't really have an AOE concept like mages do since we can attack in all directions. :

You girl, you should try a Night Lord... Good damage, mobbing attacks and mobility through maps really fast.
Attacking and jumping at same time
Night Lords are pretty squishy, butg a few hp% set equips and link skills can help here.
You can die in 2-3 hits, but the ability of a NL to attack move and jump at same time, helps a lot. Thats the funny thing,
You have to watch out being hit and stuff so you will always be moving around, and not just pressing one key.
And who doesnt like throwing stars?

Give it a try! Youll like it
Ps: sorry for my bad grammar, posted this from my phone so I kind of messed up.

Bleh, was gonna say Demon Slayer but you're looking for an explorer... NLs got mobility and good damage, Frailty Curse which decreases 30% ATT and DEF (40% with hyper) on monsters with a 60 speed decrease as well. I guess Dark Flare is another support skill? It sucks, though. Problem is the defense and avoid. So I don't know if you would like that. Oh, and Showdown does give 30% EXP and drop (40% with hyper).

By support skills I sort of meant more along the lines like Mystic Door and Holy Magic Shell, haha. Not so much for stats... a more practical use?
I love skills that you can use out of battle though like Mystic Door. Just makes life easier, since I'm not necessarily training all the time LOL.
