i found most of my besties by just talking to people in hennesys, and doing things together.
if you want TRUE friends, learn about eachother first, (name/gender/etc.) and do some favors for eachother

How active is it on a day to day basis?

@Dengy I still don't know thoughh. You have no idea the amount of time I've spent on Nova... it would be scary to start all over again. T___T -cries-

I'm interested in learning this too. Friends would be nice to have because i can never find a sdh party unless its 2x -.- Makes levelling a huge pain

starting anew always hurts. Especially when you invested so much time into a world.

I was hacked baaad on Scania. And anyways that time was around Big Bang, so my characters were pretty nooby. Even still, I lost a lot of mesos and good items I scrolled (haven't seriously scrolled an item ever since).

I'm sort of scared to go back on that account. Sure it has a ton of character slots (YAAY) and such, but I don't want the hacking to happen again. Plus I'm banned from doing the surveys for NX lol.

Windia is just horrible lol. I have like 3 characters and not one of them is over level50.

You don't make friends, you just meet people who want you for your $$$$$ and exploit your "friendship".

I used to only play on nova back in the days, but since then I have noticed that it has become dead and 'salty' and as a result, I moved to scania where people are more friendly and 'sweeter'. if you want to move to scania, add me to your buddy list, I'm active most of the time (but I'm not in america)

Might be time to come to Scania,Windia, or Bera.

You could try joining a guild. Keep guild hopping until you find the right one that has a few talkative active players. I would recommend you stay AWAY from the big guilds and big alliances.

If people only want to be friends with you because of your damage/bossing capabilities then they aren't real friends lol.
It's pretty hard since you're in a dead world but you tend to make friends during training sessions/PQ's, or you can go to ch1 henesys.
