Minecraft Graphics Texture Glitch After Installing Mods

I installed optifine/shaderscoremod/forge/shaderspack all 1.6.2 versions for the 1.6.2 version of minecraft.
The game works, but it looks like this now:

I messed with the video settings and it still stayed the same; it's not a graphics card problem, just updated drivers last night before I did all of these mods and the graphics card itself is brand new.

Anyone know a fix?
