Well, the first time you get 1000 artifact points you get a crappy medal as mentioned above. At the 2nd 1000 points you get some nice glasses and a nice hat... However, they expire in about 2 weeks

Very slowly. At about every 20 monsters you get an orb drop. And about every 20 orb drops you get a mystery artifact. So about every 400 monsters Also, it's very important to keep an extra slot open. The mystery artifacts are in the orb. If you don't have a slot open it will say "no slot open, unavailable for pickup."

Yes you get 8 renegade coins every time you turn in a mystery artifact.

the three artifact medals are 2012 artifact hunter medal (first 1000 points)

and the other two are 2012 ancient artifact hunt medal, and mystical artifact discoverer

one of the two medals on top are gotten through completeting the 8 mystical items quest from the artifacts but the other one NO one has stated plz someone do tell for i have seen ppl that have all three but couldnt ask since they either ignore or dc
