Trying to get back on a old account.
For this old account i know everything but the PIN/PIC, but it seems to get the PIN/PIC back i need to reset it, but apparently it's glitched, anyone else having this problem?

even if i send a tix it won't be fixed, ive seen others with this problem but how long has it been since it was glitched ?
I couldnt log onto my old db account. First it had trouble logging in errors for 8 months straight, and then it says pass is wrong, and im the only one knowing the info.
