No it isn't out in GMS to my knowledge just have to wait since the highest level of equipment in game is 15x unless you count the lvl 200 pants you get from Tot's quest that disappear when you complete it.
I guess I'm looking for armor right now then, and looking to pot it~~
It's in Commerci, which isn't available yet.
