You can't use the Fusion Anvil, it's a completely different item you get from the Commerci bosses called an 'Upgrade Anvil' or something.

Read where it says item upgrade. You can do this and transfer the stats but does the sw set bonus carry over if I do it from a cash anvil?

If you're asking whether or not Anviling it retains scrolled stats, it does.
I don't even know what you're asking... If you're asking if the sw item keeps its slots after using a fusion anvil, of course it does...
