What are all the ways to reduce skill cooldown?
I decided to main a demon avenger in reboot after seeing this one video because the dps was unreal:

So I made one but when I hit level 100 my dreams were crushed when I noticed the skill nether shield had a 6 second cooldown on it. Is there anyway I can reduce the cooldown of this skill by 6 seconds through inner abilities or potential?

I'm sure he has a bunch of potentials with cooldown reduction. Probably has a 200 mercedes.
I think you can get nether shield to like a 1sec cd MAX with all the cdr we have on GMS, that's TMS where everything is broken so they probably have more ways to get cdr which is why he can spam nether shield with no cd.
