Class that doesn't have crit passive?
I wanted to make sure I get a critical ring on any class that doesn't get critical chance through passive skills before that event ends. Are there any that exist right now?

I'd say Hero.
Mihile also has situational crit rate; they get some form rileing soul and rightous igniation which means they have to be attacking 1 enemy who has a status condition to have like a 40% crit rate.

i don't think there's a single class in the game rn that doesn't have any sort of crit boost. the closest would probably be Shade, since theirs is situational.
