If you have 100 Typhon feathers (from the old Masteria; the new ones won't work) and the three Tao items (which can be found in FM, albeit rarely), and you've completed the necessary prequests before Masteria was revamped, then you should be able to craft a set of Furies. If not, then you're stuck with either buying them from others or keeping your fingers crossed for the Masteria re-revamp.
It is still possible to forge them. You need to have completed the Phantom Forest questline before the area was revamped, and you need to have collected Typhon Feathers from the original Typhons that have since been removed. The rest of the materials are still available in the FM.
