How far can you get with 8bil?
Giving away all my mesos to a friend, he doesn't have a basil account and was wondering how far he'll get with it.

Oh well, it's something I guess.

You can get to a "decent" damage range and stuff like that. but in the end it all depends on the class you choose and how smart you are with the money. And no, UAs arent available to create anymore
