@hualicious I'm guessing it's the random portals. Haven't confirmed that it's actually what causes random bans, but I'm not taking any chances. I cba with these events anyway.

I've mostly heard it was connected to the vault event, so I've been avoiding that.

And yea of course my priority was to get unbanned for their mistake however I still had some days left on my Hired Merchant during the ban that got wasted.

@hualicious: Sounds like a load of bull... I'm not looking for compensation as much as an apology and a way to fix to system. If it's multiple people that I'm pretty sure it's not my end

@vietua: They always put the blame on us regardless if we did something or not. At the time when LHC was our main training spot, players who were playing their Phantoms (most of the temp bans were happened on Phantoms)got 30-days ban. I was one of them, after they reviewed my ticket they put the blame on me and told me to sit out the 30-days.

Not sure how many people were banned before me but there was one guy who made a thread a month before my ban. Nobody believed him at that time after he got released from his ban after 30 days he got temp banned again for 30 days. Because it wasn't fixed, it was still there. So after that more players got banned, and we collected a long lists of affected players. Thanks to 'Hime' they started to investigate in this case without her they would totally ignore us and we would had to wait for 30-days.

After their investigation they found out there was something wrong on their end, they adjusted it and unbanned everyone who were affected by it. I was unbanned 15-days earlier. I added a new comment in the ticket if there was any compensation, apology and if we got any bad records from this. The GM only answered that the account was clean and ignored the rest.

Yeah, that was me last night. I got my account recovered in about two hours, so just send in a ticket if it's your first time. They'll "let you off the hook", which sounds like we did something...
I'm pretty sure there's something in the waters because I know a lot of BS is going on. It's annoying as heck, but knowing the new Nexon staff, they'll get on it sooner or later if we start nagging enough.
