Yu Garden Black Market never shows up
I've checked at basically every hour but the black market never show up. Does it have to do with me being in the burning world?? Apparently they are supposed to show up at 6pm to 2am UTC but I still haven't seen them. Someone please help

I have visited the Far East Black market a few weeks ago, but that was in Reboot. Dunno bout Burning world.
update: Its a bug, i copy/pasted this from nexon from the anouncemnt of an upcomming patch :
