Sizzling Santa Master Sleigh Builder Quest help?
So apparently for this quest I have to complete 15 party quests, but i went to beat Zakum a few times and it didnt show a 3/15 or anything in the quest window so im wondering if only certain party quests work for the quest? or if it just doesnt keep track?

You don't need to do that quest if you're just doing the burning character part. If you have the medal you're a burning char.

Zakum's a boss where you can enter alone or in a party. Party quests are completed through the dimensional mirror.
