AhnReport or HackShield Error?

Hey guys!
This is happening yet again, making it impossible for me to complete another Evolution Ring! It's actually aggravating...

I get two different messages:
-When I try through GameLauncher, I get an AhnR
-When I try through the website, I get

I uninstalled everything and attempted to install everything back; however, this time I can't even install the game.
The farthest I get to is the small white screen that says "loading..." then it just...dies lol.

Any solutions?
