Leveling Your Mining Skill

Hey,
So I'm really aggravated how right when I click on Cole to level up my Mining Skill, I'm kicked off the game.
So as I logged back on, I tried leveling it, my Mastery exp is still there, but Cole won't level up my Mining Skill....
I tried relogging, changing channels, Cash Shop, MTS, even making MORE accessories without receiving anymore exp.....
and it still won't work! >.< o.o </3 Can someone please help me with this?
