I recently just got to 160, I know to go to stronghold at 165 but i dont know what to do to gain 5 levels

So if everyone is suggesting to DiPQ for 5 days, how the HELL do people ever get to 200 in a week?
Dipq until 165. I did it until around lvl 170

This. If you do 10 DiPQ runs a day at level 160, you ca get to 165 in about 5 days?
Also don't forget to do daily Hilla solo and Krexel solo. Around that level 2 Hilla kills should be around 5-8% and 2 Krexels should be 15-20%.
