P/c on esther shield with potential

The stats are Int +6, M. Att +7 with 3 slots available
potential stats are INT 4% avoid 2% (Epic)

I have another shield too, its a mystic shield with
Int +9, m.Att +15,
potential is unique with int 3% and 20% chance to ignore 6 damage when hit.
