if i recall correctly in a future update u will be able to pass stats from emps to fafs, so i would hang on 2 it

Nexon could just get the ip from where the hacker logged in and ip ban him but sadly they wouldn't. ;(

Damn... That's a tough call. The actual stats are godly but you'll be losing out on all the CRA set bonuses. I would say its a few bil either way
