Doutei paint.net, someone just made a fp-piece with it awhile ago.and its actually free with none of that trial or that pirated/hacked version of a program. p.s there is no such thing as portable versions of programs, people are just lying to themselves and using a hacked downsized version. Cinnamoe Paint Tool SAI like everyone said. There is also FireApalca which I've heard is completely free and decent to use, but I personally haven't experimented much on it. Reply January 9, 2013
