Would it be a viable option to use Soul Driver on bosses like Czak's arms and Horntail's body?

Would it be a viable option to use Soul Driver on bosses like Czak's arms and Horntail's body?

If you get to the point where your ultimate caps on multiple bosses at once, it would 1hko Czak's arms and almost everything of HT's body. I am guessing this isn't the case. I think it is still faster to use raging blow. It can hit the bottom four arms on Czak and hit four parts on Horntail (legs, left claw, wing, left head) for higher/faster damage.
