Hero equipment upgrading
Hey fellow heroes, I have been upgrading my equipment lately and I am wondering where I could get the most bang for my buck at the moment. Here is a list of my current equipment:
6% str Angel Wing Band (no neb)
Bounty Hunter Badge
Speigelmann's Artifact Excavator 2012 (for the 15 speed boost)
Rising Sun Face Paint (average)
Legendary Gratias Ring
12 attack Strong Ring S
Gallant Battle Manual - Practice
5% str Spectrum Goggles (1% str neb)
13% str half earrings (1% str neb)
7 attack, 10% str tempest shoulder (1% str neb)
7% str Black Seraph Cape (1% str neb)
21 str, 9% str Blue Neos (invincibility neb)
5 attack, 9% str tempest pendant (no neb)
186 attack, 10 star, 55% boss Stonetooth Sword (25% boss neb)
5 attack Virtues Medal
So Gong's Gloves
10% str Green Neos Pants (1% str neb)
10% str Sharp Brown Buckle Belt (1% str neb)
9% str Tempest Ring (no neb)
Evolving Ring III Lv. 10
15% str Blue Rivers Boots (no neb)
I feel I'm a little low on attack, but I don't really know the best way to upgrade to get more attack. I have level 30 empress blessing and level 15 blessing of the fairy. I also have all link skills except for Jett, Luminous, and Mihile. Much thanks to everyone who contributes.

Yea, I would like some upgrading advice as well. I'm currently using 208 attack 3l epic 2h empress axe and have about 65-75% strength.
On topic upgrade RS face to a % strength mystic face paint and get boss % on secondary if possible.
to me, your gear seems way above average!
of course, personally, im not one to use/buy nx, e.g. cubes and the like, so i have to use events or fuse/craft my own stuff, but if youre someone who uses cubes:
Rising Sun Face Paint -> mystic face accessory (can add potential!)
5 attack Virtues Medal -> better pot, e.g. boss%, att%
Imo, you should upgrade your virtues medal, cause it can get weapon potential.
