computer processor confusion i am very confused about laptop processors right now, b4 i thought that i7>i5>i3>atom now i found out about this gigahertz GHz thing and i am getting confused which do i look at in terms of speed? GHz, or processor type? i am currently looking at 2 computers one is an i5 with 2.5GHz (3.1 with turbo boost tech)(6MB L3cache, wassat this?) the other is an i7 with 2.2GHz (3.1 with TBT)(3MB L3cache, wassat this?) which one is better? or are they the same? i see a new comp i7 with 2.2GHz quad-core(dont see anything about TBT) all these are pretty much the same price new question: is the crappiest i7 better than the best i5?
