Will there be new world with phantom, pirate revamp

If there is going to be a new world that would make me play again, So that I don't have to deal with Windia bullcrap and maybe be isolated from the annoying people in Windia (not everyone is annoying), and maybe a chance to be a respected high level in a new world. Just so many possibilities in a new world it would probably make maple fun again.
