Error while Installing MapleStory
Hi basilers, I have come to you with a problem I've been experiencing. Lately after the new patch was released, I had to re-download MapleStory. All was well until I had to install it, after about 1/4 of the installation (When it's installing effect.wz) I always get the exact same error. [ ERROR CODE = - 40 ] Installation Failed. (11315,-3)
Can anyone help me with this problem please?

Googling around, I found this page that gives some suggestions about what to try for this error:

In addition to what it says there, make sure you have plenty of free disk space.
Installing Maplestory now requires about 10GB of free space, even though the game itself will take up less than 3GB once it's fully installed.
Be sure nothing else is running when you start the installation, and don't start anything else while it's installing.
Restart your computer and do the installation before you do anything else, to be sure nothing is interfering with the installation.
