Welllll, probably never. We'll just have to see. But, so far kms hasn't released them so probably not for a long time.
Dang, you people are lucky Nexon didn't stick to their word and keep Zero off forever. But, thankfully(?), Zeroes will be makeable again during the SEED patch
Maybe in 9th Anniversary?
KMS brought Zero back in the Seed patch.
Not for a while, especially since the character was just close 3 weeks ago >.>
I deleted mine, and now I want one....anniversary or summer perhaps?

They just closed them for character creation less than a month ago, come back in like 2-3 months prob.
