Abode flash player open while watching videos full screen

Yeah so, recently I've noticed that when I exit out full screen mode on a video, that the abode flash player logo quickly disappears, is that normal? Is adobe flash player supposed to be in the task bar while full screen mode is on? Just found it to be a little weird
