If we get the BW update next week, then we're ahead of schedule. GMS is usually six months behind of KMS, so the BW update shouldn't have appeared until the beginning of November. On top of that, we're getting the SAO update, which is a nice update for those are aren't interested in playing yet another class (I'm neutral on the SAO update). Don't forget, they're also in the process of making MapleStory in 3-D. If the NW release is two weeks after BW release, then we're getting two major patches and a crossover patch within a two week period. Usually, there are discounted Vicious' Hammer / PSoK sales around the time of character releases, so that makes BW all the more likely. I'm hoping for a Double Miracle Time if BW is released next week.

I wouldn't say its getting better. Nexon is still a crook, they never compensated us for those hermes cubes that expired early.

I'm not talking about Nexon's release schedule for maple I'm talking about how they actually have customer service now and also how they have made the game less p2w.

The Basil auction system isn't really efficient. You have to click on the item to see if it's clean or godly or w/e, so it's kind of just a bother. The bidding system seems unnecessary in my opinion since you have to keep tabs on it all the time.

*I feel it'd be nice if we just had a little thread section for trading like other websites. You know, just make a thread S>Zak Helm or something and people can discuss and offer etc. Even though there are owls and all I and probably many others would appreciate and use that system a lot since you can go through a list of threads and see if there's anything that interests you instead of sifting through every single item in the market. Just sayin. The forum and thread format is just nicer to use.

Low population =/= dead game. It just means it's low population. The game is still making tons of money even with the lower population. It won't be dead for a good year or two still. Point is unless something drastic happens this game isn't going anywhere. There's enough population to keep the game getting updated. Plus atm it's Nexon's biggest game they have. They be stupid to shut it down anytime soon.

MS is not dead and won't be for a long while. Maple sure making some money

I mean, my friend still plays and somehow managed to convince me to come back on and play again. I started up in Nova (I don't even know why he's in Nova) and it feels SO empty.

Maple is less populated than 3-4 years ago but still thousands of people online at any given time
