A tile puzzle I made for my Advanced Ceramics class. I kind of rushed through it since it was near the end of the semester. This tile puzzle is made of Stoneware clay fired to cone six and glaze painted on after the tile puzzle was fired (the glaze has not been fired.) In the end, after the tile was fired to cone five, the colors turned out weird (i think it was an oxidation firing) so i decided to upload the first picture. I took the picture on my cell phone at school, so it might be kind of blurry >_

OT: The dark-blue parts of the piece turned like a dark grey-green because of the random nature of the glaze in firing. So sad.

no, my teacher didn't ask what it was (i think she's used to me making weird stuff)
i might upload the picture of the tile fired and refire it later because the darker blue glaze turned out this nasty grayish black color and was kind of bubbly.
i might also upload pictures of other stuff i make in ceramics cuz i made a jar-like thing that is supposed to look like a twin dragon egg (from the evan event)
i see a smiley face on one of its arms!
