Nlc cutscene glitch
As of recent, is anyone facing a ton of glitches? Yesterday, I accepted the "Mayor of disaster" quest on my Chief Bandit, and after I was teleported to NLC, I was stuck in a cutscene. My character would walk to the left side of the map and stop, and there would still be the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen, usually seen in a cutscene. I can't log out, open any tabs (equip, inventory, quest, etc), use the CS, MTS, or chat. I'm basically stuck at the left side of the map. Does anyone know how to get out of the cutscene? I've logged a ticket, and I'm hoping for a response.
Other glitches I've found are: I can't harvest (whenever I try to harvest, it tells me that I can't harvest the plant/mineral) and I can't use "All" chat when I first log on, and when I select "Mark Name and HP" in System options, I can't see the name or HP of the monsters I'm fighting.
I've logged a ticket about these issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did have to use Alt+F4 to close maple several times. I restarted my laptop, and it was fixed! Thanks a bunch, guys!
I had the harvesting issue and chat issue before.
Try talking in All Chat 4 times, that's how I fix mine.
But the glitch comes back when you CC, go to CS, etc.
Unfortunately, the harvesting issue only leaves when the chat glitch is fixed for me.
(This happened two times.)
Also, that chat glitch affects all chats. You can see yourself talking in guild chat, for example, but others can't until you talk 4 times.
