Event hall op?
is there another cassandra? b/c i need to trade my red tickets but once i go into event hall, it becomes a massive lagfest of nothing but lag and maybe some lag. and i tried turning my graphics down already

I've been using Ereve because there's a storage NPC right next to Cassandra, which makes turning in RED tickets a lot easier than in most other locations.
The problem with the two above is to get to boat quay town you have to go through CBD which has maple admin. Same as Ereve. Idk about you but maple admin makes it almost impossible for me to move

Try aqua. I lag there too sadly. But maybe it won't be that bad there for you
