Yeah +35 att, ty bro
With the odd wording, I'm assuming "+7 with 5 att traces" means +35 attack. Including the fact that it's unique (but the pot itself isn't too good) I would assume it's about 4b- 5b. The Neb isn't all that great (normally you're suppose to go to %boss), so the neb doesn't really add value. (Keep in mind I don't know the prices in your world).
