phantom vs dual blade
i guys i have a db with 315k clean and i have a phantom only with faf cane with 85k buff who is stronger between this 2 i have some items to put in the phantom and need psok to move items from db to phantom worth the nx move all to phantom? ty <3

@NoobsUnite: The changes if I remember correctly are... PB and Fury have a higher % damage. Asura is going to have its Cool down time reduced from 90 seconds to 60, also will now not be effected by DR so you won't die if you're using Asura as a boss DRs. The CD reduction on Asura is crazy, 10 seconds of skill 50 seconds of CD. Very OP. And chains of hell will now have a CD but when used will give invincibility for a short time.
