Are Evan quests time/level-sensitive?
Normally, I'd enjoy the non-monotony of having a questline, but since I'm trying to level her up quickly for the event, I just find myself fidgeting and wishing for a hyper tele. Can I put them off until later?

Yeah, you can do them whenever you want. I finished them when I was in the 150s.
