Can I transfer Nx items between characters after this patch?

Can I transfer NX between different-classed characters after this patch? Have they extended the duration of the event?

This was taken from the patch notes (Read the area in bold).

June 25 - July 22
For a limit time, you will be able to transfer most Cash items between your characters within the same world!

Some of the amazing things you can do in this event include:
Sharing a Hyper Teleport Rock.
Easily move cash cover items between characters.
Move your old beloved pets to a new character.
Trading the Cash items between your characters is easy! All you will need to do is follow these simple steps:
Enter the Cash Shop.
Move a eligible item you would like to move into your Cash Inventory.
Right click the item.
Click the TRANSFER button.
Select the recipient of the item from the drop down.
Click the OK button.
That's all! The selected item will now appear on the other characters Cash Inventory the next time you login to that character.
All jobs will be able to transfer between each other but please note that Explorers will not have the option to transfer to another Explorer because they already share their Cash Inventory.
[b]There will be a few restrictions on the type of items that can be transferred:[/b]
[b]EXP Coupons[/b]
[b]Potion Pot[/b]
[b]Shop Permits and Hired Merchants[/b]
[b]Friendship and Couple items[/b]
Note: Items that can't be moved back into the Cash Inventory will not be able to be transferred.
Also Cash items cannot be transferred across worlds within a merged world.
