quick question of Se Nebulite?
I have this se neb on glove, it said activated and all, is it literially activated like it doesn't show a sharp eye skill icon on the side, or the effects? out of curiousity, even though its activated, it doesn't seem likely it is, couldn't find this sort of question related to this I think ^^;
