Stacking PDRs on katara and dagger

heey basilers,

Today i bought myself a new dagger with 20%boss/15/15 PDR. I read that those two stack but i'm wondering if it also stacks with my katara which has 30/15 PDR (only 30 works)
i'd like to know this because maybe i have to cube one of the two items (if i have to please tell me which one would be the smartest to cube)
The reason I haven't figured this out by myself is that i haven't hit the right level to wear the equips yet
